Susan is a 30+ year automotive industry veteran, primarily working for vendors developing software solutions for dealerships to market and sell their products through digital channels. She has worked for some of the biggest names in the industry, including ADP (now CDK), HomeNet Automotive, Autotrader, Experian and 700Credit. Susan also spearheaded her own startup company – Social2Step – a platform that made it simple for employees to share their company’s social posts and be rewarded for doing so. She is very proud to be a WIA board member.
