Dr. Martha E. Rader is a dynamic leader, executive and team coach, trainer, and consultant with over 30 years of experience in leadership, executive roles, and organizational development. She passionately advocates for leadership excellence and specializes in helping leaders, managers, and teams overcome challenges, unlock their full potential, and create thriving, positive, inclusive, performance-oriented cultures.
With a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, Dr. Rader is an expert in team, leadership, and culture development, coaching, conflict management, and team-building strategies. She leverages her robust toolkit of certifications, assessments, and evidence-based methodologies to deliver practical solutions that empower organizations to navigate change, enhance engagement, productivity, retention, and achieve sustainable growth. Throughout her career, Dr. Rader has collaborated with organizations across diverse industries, including automotive, banking, law, hospitality, nonprofit, manufacturing, and higher education. She is known for her ability to translate complex leadership concepts into actionable strategies that drive results. Dr. Rader is an author, and her contributions to the automotive industry earned her a nomination for Automotive News’ 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry, as well as recognition for her multi-state territory, which received the highest national honors from the JD Power Customer Satisfaction Award.
She is a dedicated mentor and currently serves on the board of Women In Automotive and as an advisor to the Boys & Girls Club of Broward County and Northwood University’s Automotive Marketing and Management Program.
